I have been frustrated putting docks in at our lake lot for over 20 years. When it came time to buy a new dock, I couldn’t find one that both rolled easily over land and then floated on top of the water. Every dock that was available out there that rolled, didn’t float and would get stuck in the sand or mud once in the water. Every dock that floated, didn’t roll and was a struggle once on land.
